As i had expeirienced b4 on my ranger with 7 reborns
i did this build
100 sta
250 int
all to dex
i did int For mp
My damage was a constant 11k for players and mobs
my items were 105 set for ranger (+9 atm) and angels bow +10 +8 elec
well thats for leveling
if u like pvp i would go for all dex

hmmm i disagreed about the that so much int because when your that 7 reborn
you can almost kill mobs by 1 or 2 hits or 3 maybe but i suggest to put a little int
about 50 or 100 but not that 250
